• BPM capabilities of SolMan are limited!-> comprehensive process architecture needs sophisticated BPM platform like Symbio

• Business should not need to access SolMan – but the information provided in SolMan should be available-> UX friendly environment of Symbio provides all relevant information

• Possibility to reuse preexisting content from SAP Solution Manager in Symbio-> the new architecture allows Symbio to mirror the SAP Solution Manager content, which allows to reuse existing

content from SolMan without loosing any logical connections to library objects

• For implementations and HANA transformations the best practice content needs to be available -> the integration service allows to download and maintain the SAP best practices / model company contents with Symbio
