Some designs grab you by the scruff of the neck and demand attention. But these looks aren’t just for show.

Yes, those dynamic lines create an unmistakeable silhouette. Sure, you’ll feel proud of its bold, confident stance. But the truth is that every curve helps the aerodynamic flow of the SX4 S-Cross to maximise fuel economy – from the integrated roof rails* down to the polished alloy wheels**.

Likewise, the eye-catching LED† daytime running lights serve to make you visible when the sun’s up, while the High Intensity Discharge Headlamps† make everything else visible come sundown. The rugged-looking skid plates help to protect the underside of the car. And that high stance? It creates the high ground clearance to help you get across deep snow or flooded roads.

ANd lOTS TO GO IN IT.Everyone will want a go in your SX4 S-Cross. Luckily, it’s plenty big enough.

Let’s begin at the end. The boot has a whopping 430-litre capacity and up to 864mm loading length even when the rear seats are upright. But it’s a versatile space too, because those seats fold in a practical 60:40 split. This gives you more flexibility to accommodate anything from folded pushchairs to flat-pack furniture – as well as your passengers. In the cabin it’s the same story, with generous legroom for five adults. And it feels even bigger thanks to the world’s first double-sliding panoramic sunroof†.

Room for more? Then have dual-zone automatic air conditioning* for independent driver and front passenger temperature control. Check out the Cruise Control with speed limiter and Bluetooth phone integration, feel the heated leather seats†, get to grips with the cruise control and the handy keyless entry and start*.

Thanks to the fuel-efficient 1.6 DDiS and 1.6 petrol engines – with the additional help of the car’s low weight and superior aerodynamics – the SX4 S-Cross boasts low running costs, notching up an impressive fuel economy of up to 67.2 mpg* and low CO2 emissions of just 110g/km*.

Another efficient feature is the Engine Auto Start Stop System**, which stops the engine when the car comes to a dead halt – at traffic lights for example. This cuts down on unnecessary fuel consumption, emissions and engine noise. So you’re doing everyone a favour, not just yourself.

Whatever the road throws at you, the SX4 S-Cross rises to the challenge thanks to the ALLGRIP 4-wheel Drive system*. It lets you adapt to varying conditions at the turn of a dial, whilst automatically optimising fuel efficiency and safety.

Auto mode prioritises front wheel drive for optimum fuel efficiency in everyday conditions, switching to 4WD if wheel-spin is detected.

Sport mode will actively engage 4WD based on accelerator inputs, to make driving more responsive along country lanes.

Snow mode is your answer to powder, ice, rain and mud – giving crucial traction and stability when the conditions demand it.

Lock mode engages permanent 4WD if you get stuck in deep snow or mud.

ALLGRIP rolls exhilaration, peace of mind, and economy into one. After all, why should you have to choose?

We know that safety is one of the most important things you look for in a car. That’s why the SX4 S-Cross offers total reassurance to you and your passengers.

Take the seven separate airbags. There are front and side airbags – a driver’s knee airbag, plus front to rear curtain airbags too, so you can feel safe all round.

Notice the high seating position that gives you a clear view of your surroundings. And the tyre pressure monitor that warns you in case of deflation. The cruise control even has a speed limiter if you want to activate it, while a Hill Hold feature* stops you rolling backward on a hill start.

We’ve got safety sorted so you can simply enjoy the ride.
