When you busy planning your stand, briefing your team and engaging on

social media, it’s easy to forget items that are important. Make sure you’re

prepared for everything, using our exhibition survival checklist.

It’s going to be a hard few days, so make sure

you have plenty of plasters and medication in case they are needed.

staples, notepads and paper. Save yourself the

embarrassment of asking the stand next door for supplier

and make sure your extra prepared.

05Make sure you have plenty to hand if visitors ask for any information

and are not just referring them back to your website. Many people

will read the hand outs they’re given on the train home or during

lunch, so it’s always better to some spare to hand.

don’t forget to bring powers supplies, back up memory

cards and flash drives.

paid for and any confirmation emails. This

could range from your hotel bookings to even your stand

provider documents.
