‘The trainers were able to manage the student well despite them potentially being ahandful. Their calm and effective handling enabled the camp to be relatively incident free which is a good thing for any teacher in charge of such camps.The fact that there are trainees around also helped as the senior trainers took pride in imparting the senior trainers took pride in imparting knowledge and experience to the newbies.
