Joiners, Roofers and Decorators ensure we carry out specialist
works others are not capable of, including Stone Carving and Fixing,
Terracotta and Various Façade Cleaning methods.

opposite Lancaster House and St James’s Palace.
The works have included the specialist Thermatech clean, hand carved Portland Stone restoration, in situ repairs. The quality of the work produced is of the highest standard and clear attention to detail
has been considered throughout.

Project management
Each project is run with a specifically selected team, which includes; a Director, Contracts Manager and full time Site Manager. This allows clear communication with all parties, from the Pre-Start Meeting through to the End of Defects.
The Site Manager is provided with a bespoke site team, which allows us to carry out the project to the highest standards and minimise any disruption to the building’s tenants and the general public. Our operatives our inducted and briefed on each site to make them aware of their Health and Safety du-ties and the importance of the facade they are working with.
Rosewood Ltd employs a full time Clerk of Works, who liaises between all parties. This ‘third pair of eyes’ makes sure all aspects of the project are carried out to the highest of stand-ards and we are setting the benchmark for our sector.
