There exists a system of grants at the Ministry of Education supporting the professional development of teachers, e.g.:

Requirements on a Higher Education Institution to organize studies for teachers

The Teachers’ education standards must be held The Higher Education Institution must provide graduate

studies in each subject of interest (e.g. physics, chemistry etc.)

Teachers must study within dedicated courses (in the frame of adequate subject of studies)

The requirements are the same for both graduate and post-graduate studies

The way the studies are organized depends on the Higher Education Institution.
