At www.krone-trailerparts.com, you will find many ac-cessories for your trailer, from KRONE axle parts to tool-boxes. For ordering, simply click on the button „Become customer“, fill in the registration form and read the general terms of business. If you agree, you will be provided with your access data on the following work day at the latest. Online, under the information tag, you can find detailed instructions.

The technical KRONE Online Catalogue is available now at www.krone-trailer.com. Simply click on the service tag „Spare parts“.

Via „Access catalogue“, you can access the ‘made-to-measure’ spare part for your KRONE trailer. Register and within a few minutes you will receive your access data by e-mail. With the option to order KRONE spare parts on-line, KRONE guarantees even faster parts supply. Natu-rally, you can still order your spare parts by telephone from your personal contact.

And that’s not all,, there are also many changes behind the scenes: At the depot, a new warehouse management sys-tem „LVS“ has recently been introduced which optimises the connection between the load carrier and the requisite forklift truck. Using a web structure, KRONE has extended the storage capacity and by sub-dividing the load carriers can guarantee faster parts selection. With the new LVS at KRONE, storage errors are minimised and all sections work in synergy.

For Cool Liner parts, a separate warehouse has been es-tablished adjacent to KRONE’s temperature controlled trailer production facility.

The Online Accessories Shop.

KRONE now offers an Online Accessories Shop. Here you will find accessories from mud guards and electrical components to MultiSafe parts and tension straps for your trailer. All of which can be ordered quickly and easily.

Step 1.At www.krone-trailerparts.com you can enter the Online Accessories Shop. Log in via the corresponding link. If you are not yet a customer, you can register there. You will receive your access data by the next day at the latest.

Step 2.Search for accessories via the menu item ‘Category’. In addition, you have the option of selecting the desired item via the search field. This can be done via text search, or by entering the item number.

Step 3.As soon as you have selected the desired category, a direct search appears on the left side of the page. This search is only used to select specific product categories.

Step 4.Select the items you wish, and place them in the shopping cart. Then you can view these items in the login area and add other items to the shopping cart via fast entry. You can select items by using their number, or by uploading an SVC file.

Step 5.After your items are selected, you have the option to review your order. Here you can save a reference number, fleet number, and equipment number. After you have selected delivery address, shipping method, and shipping options, a total overview is displayed. Conclude the ordering process by accepting the T&Cs and by clicking the button ‘Buy now’.

The Accessories Online Shop offers you the option to contact us via a contact form. In addition you will find a list of all contact personnel. Our service areas, FAIR CARE, TELEMATICS, MOBILITY and AFTER SALES can also be reached in the shop under the menu item ‘Service’.
