• Strictly practice the 5 pillars of Jainism• Trust every soul as if it were their own• Remain calm in blissful and damaging

• Please split up into groups of 10• Board members will give you a scenario to act out• Act out the scene according to what you think will

provide the least harm to others and the best control over your mind (towards Shukla Leshya)

• Involve others in your group to show some of the bad Leshyas as well in order to portray the differences (Krishna, Neel, Kapot)

• Will discuss as an entire group

• Our goal is to possess either Tejo, Padma, or Shukla Leshya (ultimately)

• Kevalis (such as Arihants) possess only Shukla Leshya

• Our goal is to limit the amount of karma attached to our soul

• The more positive the Leshya, the easier it is to eradicate karma

• Keep in mind our Leshyas change all the time• Controlling our inner passions help us attain

better Leshyas• A balanced mind = healthy mind• Having trouble controlling our
