One Citizen's view on the SCOTUS decision. If, after the passing of Legislation, the Constitutionality is ruled dependent on the taxing authority - - yet the legislation was advertised to the People and their Representatives as "NOT A TAX". Why then is Obamacare NOT LEGISLATION. But perhaps Justice Roberts has done us a favor by opening up the can of worms that has evolved over decades opening many questions into the Constitutionality of our whole taxation law. Citizens need to stand up and bring skepticism not just to Obamacare but to the broader issue of our income tax laws.
