Was Jesus talking about human birth or spiritual birth? Read John 3:4-7.

What did God do because He loves us so much? Read John 3:16.That’s a great verse to memorize! Can you say it by heart?

Is God excited to judge and punish people, or is He eager to save them? Read John 3:17.

Why do we need to be saved? Read Romans 3:23.

In the Old Testament, Moses lifted up a snake on a pole so people could be healed. What was Jesus predicting when He said He would be lifted up? Read John 3:14-15; 19:18.

When Ellie asked Chris if he’s a Christian, how did he answer?

Jesus healed the sick, amazing many people by His power to do miracles. Why were the religious leaders so mad at Him? Read Luke 13:10-13; 14:1-6.

Can you name a religious leader who was not against Jesus? Why did he meet with Jesus at night? Read John 3:1-2.

Many people were very sad when Jesus died. But did He stay dead? Read Matthew 28:1-9.

How can we have new life? Read Romans 8:11.

Can we ever do enough good things to earn God’s salvation?

How are we changed when we have new life in Christ? Read 2 Corinthians 5:15, 17.

PRAY Lord Jesus, please give us Your courage and boldness to stand up for You, even when everyone around us seems to be against You. Amen.

PRAY Heavenly Father, thank You for loving us so much that You sent Your Son Jesus to pay the price for our sins by dying on the cross. In His name we pray. Amen.

PRAY Lord Jesus, we praise You for dying and then rising from the grave to forgive us, save us, and change us. Please help us live each day for You. Amen.
