Operational area

The successful story of the legendary Roll Bul lystripper is now being continued

by the new Roll Stripper. The Roll Stripper was developed for the professional

removal of extremely bonded floor coverings within the object sector.

Method of operating

The flooring is removed from the subsurface by the alternating movement of the

blade. Unique constructions even allow to remove extremely bonded floor

coverings.

• Strong traction chain suspension with two separately driven chains.

Two 230 volt motors with worm gear and 1 ,1 kW reach a torsional (moment) of

428 Nm and an infinitely adjustable speed of up to 23 meters per minute with

the joystick.

• 1 ,1 kW powerful motor for the tool movement. The tool works with 1 000 beats

per minute (bpm). This is the determined optimum rate for efficient operation

and low attrition of the tool. At the same time the ROLL-STRIPPER operates

very quietly with only 75dB.

• The tool stroke can be infinitely adjusted up to a 9mm floor covering.

An additional axis compensates unevenness of the ground.

• A hoist motor with 3000 N nominal force presses the tool onto the ground and

adjusts the working angle to remove the floor covering residue-free from the

subsurface.

• The compact dimensions of the ROLL-Stripper enable to manoeuvre through

doors and narrow corridors.

Handling

The ROLL-STRIPPER is operated by an external tethered control panel. The

intuitive one-hand joystick al lows driving and steering movements in al l

directions! The ROLL-STRIPPER is conveniently operated by the external control

panel, al l the main functions, as for the kil l switch, the pushbutton for the tool

movement and the adjustment of the working angle are placed clearly. Thereby

work can be executed while sitting or standing.
