The concept is to use the core of the airport hub and the surrounding available lands as integrated city. This city contains besides direct aviation activities a wide spectrum of non aviation commercial activities that enhance the airport economics both as passenger hub and cargo hub. The commercial activates include retail, hotels, residential areas, medical facilities, leisure, and education.
