have never been more decked out in technology.
What do today's classrooms look like?
Here are the latest trends in the education world.

teachers are using some form of flipped
classroom instruction. Another 25% are
expected to soon follow.8

interact with influential leaders and
organizations in real time.
93% of the students said Twitter helped
them to interact with a global audience
outside of the classroom.
91% of the students said Twitter helped
them make connections between science

Teachers 35 and younger are more
likely than teachers 55 and older to:
- Describe themselves as "very
confident”
using new technologies
- Have students participate in online
discussions and use web-based tools
- Draw on colleagues for ideas about
how to use new tech in the
classroom10
