High-angle faults Low-angle faults
The high-grade occurs at:• the intersection of the low-angle west dipping compressional/extensional
faults and high-angle faults (fracture zones),• when these intersections occur within the favorable Wenban5 (Dw5)
stratigraphic horizon, as,• the Dw5’s elevated iron content enhances the precipitation of gold as the
several pulses of gold-bearing hydrothermal fluids pass through it, and,• the antiformal axial crest acts as a constraint.
The most favourable stratigraphy is Dw5 (Wenban5)

Endnotes1. The structural, stratigraphic and geochemical similarity and proximity of Goldrush to the Rift
Anticline is not necessarily indicative of the gold mineralization at Rift Anticline. To date, thereare no known NI 43-101 compliant mineral resources or reserves on NuLegacy’s Red Hillproperty.
2. Barrick reports Goldrush resource contains 8.557 M indicated oz. of gold within 25.78 M tonnesgrading ~10.57 g/t and 1. 65 M inferred oz. within 5.6 M tonnes grading ~9.0 g/t.:
a) As per Barrick Gold’s 2017 MD&Ab) As per Barrick Gold’s Feb 15, 2017 news release.
3. The reported intercepts are not necessarily true widths as there is insufficient data currentlywith respect to the shape of the mineralization to calculate its true orientation. All sampling wasconducted under the supervision of the Company’s project geologists and the chain of custodyfrom the project to the sample preparation facility were continuously monitored. The sampleswere delivered to American Assay Lab or ALS laboratories’ preparation facility in Nevada andsufficient commercially prepared standards, blanks or certified reference materials wereinserted to assure quality analytical results. The samples were crushed, pulverized and samplepulps were analyzed using industry standard fire assay methods. Data verification of theanalytical results included a statistical analysis of the standards, blanks and referencematerials that must pass certain parameters for acceptance to ensure accurate and verifiableresults.
4. This interpretation is conceptual in nature and not necessarily indicative of the actual thicknessof favorable Wenban5 horizon, elevated iron content or intersection of high-angle faults andlow-angle thrust faults within the Rift Anticline target, pending confirmation by drilling.
5. This chart is conceptual in nature and not necessarily indicative of NuLegacy’s future potentialvalue or discovery success.

George Bernard Shaw
