The Syrians had the idea that God was a territorial God.
1. God is a Restorer of the Hills• Jesus experienced victory over
the greatest temptations on the mountain.
Luke 6.12• There are times we must pull
away from everyday activities.
2. God is a Restorer of the Plains• We can allow daily activities to
begin making us feel discontented.
• The enemy wants you to believe that you are outnumbered.
• The enemy hopes you will be bound to live a life of defeat.
2 Corinthians 5.7 Ephesians 3. 20-21 Jeremiah 33.3
3. God is a Restorer of the Valley• God does not abandon us when
we face hard times.Psalms 23.4 “…though I walk through the valley…I will fear no evil; for You are with me…”• Dry times could mean God is
preparing you for a new season.
Exodus 14.29 The wall is God’s protection, and they symbolize ‘mountains’.
