PROPOSITION 19 IS A CHAOTIC INITIATIVE FILLED WITH MAJOR FLAWS THAT WILL HAVE SEVERE AND UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCES FOR CALIFORNIA

PROPOSITION 19 DOES NOT REGULATE MARIJUANA LIKE TOBACCO OR ALCOHOL. RATHER, IT LEAVES TO LOCAL GOVERNMENT THE TASK FOR REGULATING MARIJUANA WITHIN THEIR JURISDICTION. LOCAL GOVERNMENTS WILL NEED TO DEVELOP AND FUND ADEQUATE RESOURCES TO PROPERLY REGULATE THE USE OF THIS DRUG
