HOW TO PLAY Three Card Poker

All players must adhere to The Reef Hotel Casino Code of Conduct as failure to do so may result in the player being asked to vacate the poker area.

Any decision made by The Reef Hotel Casino in respect to violations of the code of conduct shall be fi nal.

Players are required to make a decision on their hand within acceptable time limits.

Players must ensure they do not show their cards, either deliberately or inadvertently, to another player.

If a player becomes aware of another player’s cards then all players must be shown those cards.

Players are not to communicate information to another player in respect to the cards whether the cards are active or inactive.

Players are expected to keep all chips visible on the table while playing and are not to remove or add to any part of their table stake unless allowed by the rules.

During a round of play only English must be spoken.

Players not involved in the game should remain quiet and not comment on the continuing round of play in any manner.

Conversations considered to be disruptive to other players, during a round of play, will not be tolerated.

Players must also ensure that they do not display any form of body language that could be construed as communication with another player.

If a player observes an error being made, they must inform the dealer.

Players should announce their intention in respect to their hand. All wagers declared must be placed in one motion.

‘String betting’ will not be tolerated.

How To Play Three Card PokerThree Card Poker is a new and exciting way to play poker. The aim of the game is to get a three card poker hand greater than the dealer’s hand.

The GameTo begin, place an “Ante” wager and if you like an optional “Pairs Plus” wager. Each player and the dealer will then receive three cards face down. If you wish to play your hand you must place a “Bet” wager equal to the value of the “Ante” wager.

If you decide to “Fold” you will forfeit the “Ante” wager and “Pairs Plus” wager (if applicable).

After all players have elected to either “Bet” or “Fold” the dealer will turn their three cards face up and arrange the cards to form the highest ranking three card poker hand.

The dealer’s hand will qualify only if the hand contains a Queen or higher.

Where the hand does not qualify the “Ante” shall be paid even money and the wager on the “Bet” shall be void.

Where the dealer’s does qualify, to win your hand must be higher than the dealer’s hand.

If you have a higher hand than the dealer the “Ante” and “Bet” wagers shall both be paid even money.

If the dealer has a higher hand than the player the “Ante” and “Bet” wagers shall be collected by the dealer.

Should both the dealer and player’s hand be equal then the Ante” and “Bet” wagers shall neither win nor lose.

Regardless of whether the dealer’s hand qualifi es or not, an “Ante Bonus” payment will be made for a Straight or better and a “Pair Plus” payment is paid for a pair or better.

1. STRAIGHT FLUSH Three cards of the same suit in consecutive ranking. An Ace may be counted high or low.

2. THREE OF A KIND Three cards of the same rank.

3. STRAIGHT Three cards of consecutive rank not all the same suit. An Ace may be counted high or low.

4. FLUSH Three cards of same suit but not in consecutive ranking.

5. ONE PAIR Two cards of the same rank.

6. THREE ODD CARDS Three cards of di� erent rank and at least two suits.
