- Feed the granulator and continuously ensure there is material on the belt;

- Weigh and / or place boxes using the forklift; - Fold empty boxes and sort pallets.

•Operating the guillotine - Receive instructions from the Production Supervisor

regarding orders; - Prepare empty cardboard boxes and select the ones that are

- Receive relevant information from the operator of the previous shift;

- Change the filters of the machine and remove excess plastics;

- Ensure that the vent evacuators of the machine are clear; - Check the temperatures displayed on the nine dials; - Feed the machine with water as needed to cool the mixture; - Adjust the ram according to the level of filling (70-80%) and

the type of materials; - Adjust the speed of the worm; - Check the pressure on the panel so that it is maintained at

85%; - Ensure that operations are in order to avoid overloading the

machine; - Check the quality of the resin during the execution of the

last operation performed by the machine; - Rotate the knives of the machine as needed; - Ask the ‘’shredder’’ operator to make any necessary changes

to ensure proper operation of the machine; - Disengage the machine in collaboration with the mechanic

during production stoppages.
