The portal to Equestria - Story by Ad Shield - Chapter 1 - It was a great day. The sun was gleaming like diamonds, and the bees were on the flowers. I was juston my computer watching Yogscast, when suddenly, it happened. A portal appearedon my wall out of nowhere! It looked like the blue one in the 2 Portal games! And I saw something in it. I went in it and suddenly, I found myself in the magical land of Equestria! It was beautiful! The cupcakes were selling like mad! The sun was shining so much! Then suddenly, I saw.... A PONY. Chapter 2 - It was a green pegasus, and I could tell by the wings. Its mane was blue with blue eyes. Iwent to see it and it said "Oh hi. My name is Arty Crafty. Wait, you aren't a pony." Then it ran away. Then I went to see Twilight Sparkle. It was more incredible than ever. When I saw her she said "Hello. My name is Twilight Sparkle. You aren't a pony, but Doctor Whooves can fix that. Go to his lab and he'll turn youinto a pony. See you in pony form!" So, I went to Doctor Whooves. He said "Hello. Twilight said you should come here?" "Uh, yes." I said, gulping. Then, he toldme to go in a machine. It looked like a cylinder with a door hole in it. It hada big sign on it which said "The pony-ifyer 5000. Step in to transform!" So I went in and then the door hole closed with a CLASH! Then, I felt all tingly inside. I felt really weird and suddenly I had hooves! And a mane! And a tail! Then the machine shut down and I went out. Then Doctor Whooves said "Wow. You look cool. You're a pegasus!" I gasped with awe at that last sentence. Then I looked atmy hand. It was a hoof! Then I looked in a mirror. I was.... A PONY. Chapter 3 -I saw Twilight again walking around with some books in her bag. I went to see her and she said "Hello. My name is Twilight Sp-- Wait. It's you!" Then suddenly,Spike came and he gave me a note. I read it. "You must be new to Equestria. I a

m Princess Celestia, the ruler of Equestria. You should make some friends here in Equestria. Start at Arty Crafty's den. From: Princess Celestia." So I went toArty's den and the first thing I noticed was his Cutie Mark. It was a bunch of pencils in an upside-down triangle shape. He was playing Sonic 3 and Knuckles, agame that I adore. So I asked "Can I join you please?" He said yes so I played with him through the entire day. The next day, I bought a house. There was no bills to pay because it was Equestria. And I got the supplies like a couch, a TV, abed, and more. It was complete. Then I bought Minecraft and played with the Yogscast, Simon and Lewis. Then I went to see Fluttershy but suddenly a CRASH! Rainbow Dash accidentally crashed into me while flying. I was fine though. I was sohappy to meet my favourite pony. Then, the rainbow colored mare said "Oops. Youalright?" "YES! I'M MORE THAN ALRIGHT!" I replied. "I'm just so happy to meet you! You are the best pony in the sh--" I thought to myself that I shouldn't menti

on the show. It may disappoint the ponies to find out that they were just in a TV show. So Rainbow Dash said "Where were you going?" "Um, just to see Fluttershy." "You know Fluttershy?" "Uh yes. I know all of the Mane 6. Including you." "What do you mean Mane 6?" I hoofpalmed myself. "Uhh." I said to myself. Chapter 4- "You're a pegasus pony! You wanna come to Cloudsdale?" "Heck yeah!" I replied,with happiness in my heart. Then with Rainbow holding my hoof, we went to Cloudsdale. Just the sight alone was beautiful. She went to her royal and awesome home, and I tried to follow. But suddenly, my wings stopped moving. "Hey Rainbow? Why aren't my wings moving?" "I dunno. Wait. Is this a joke or have your wings really stopped moving?" Then Rainbow looked at me. She gasped with horror at the sight of stopped wings. But then, I fell and fell and fell screaming "Hey! Wouldsomebody--- Uh, somepony help me?! I'm kinda FALLING here!" Then suddenly, I crashed into the ground with a big bump on my head. "Um, it looks like you need to

learn to fly. And you don't have your cutie mark?" The rainbow pony said, yet she couldn't resist even a giggle at my cutie mark-less flank. She burst out laughing. I went home, sad as a hippo in Africa without a water hole. Then I softly lay on my bed, tears all over my face and on my bed, getting it all wet. "NOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Chapter 5 - "I'm not really in Equestria! It's all just a dream! All ofit!" I said. Then, after all of the tears, I began to fall asleep... The next day, I forgot all about what happened the other day. Then I saw Pinkie Pie walking around. I immediately zoomed over. "Hi. My name is---" I thought. I didn't have a pony name! So I used my surroundings to make a name. First, I saw a golden apple like the ones in Minecraft. "Uh, Golden--" Then I saw a game store. "Uh---

Game! Yeah, that's it! Golden Game." Then Pinkie gasped and ran away like the first time she met Twilight Sparkle. Then I just went to the park, and you would never guess who I saw! The Cutie Mark Crusaders! The first I saw was Applebloom."Hi!" She said, smiling at me. "Wait. You are a filly too! But you don't have your cutie mark! Wanna join us? We're the Cutie Mark Cru---" "Cutie Mark Crusaders!" I interrupted. "Wait. How do ya know us?" "Ah. I watch the sh---" I remembered that I shouldn't mention the show. "You what?" "I'm uh--- Good at videogames and game making! But I don't have my cutie mark." I said sadly. "Well, welcome tothe team! What's your name?" "Uh, Golden Game!" "Well, Golden Game, there's a game company HQ just across the street! Ah think it was called--- Hooftendo. That's it!" "Ok. I'm gonna go there. Who knows? I might find my cutie mark!" So, offto Hooftendo I went. Chapter 6 - I met a pony there. So I asked "Hi. What's your name?" "Oh hi. My name is Product Gamer." His skin was purple like Twilight. And he was a unicorn. He had a yellow mane and tail. And his cutie mark was a boxwith a game sticking out. "How do I apply for a job here? Is help needed?" I said. "Uh, yes! We do need help shipping all of the games." "Ok! No problem with that!" And so I got to work harder each day. Until suddenly, IT HAPPENED. It appeared! My cutie mark. The 13th of February was a celebrated day for me. Product Gamer was the first to notice my cutie mark. "Oh my." He said. "I think you should look on your flank." I gasped in awe as I saw this magnificent cutie mark. "Ohmygoshomygoshomygosh!" I said like Rainbow Dash on the Sonic Rainboom episode. "Well done! The boss said you can take the day off now because of that incrediblecutie mark!" Product Gamer said. Running out with glee, I was so happy. But when I got home, I had the biggest surprise in the world. Chapter 7 - "SURPRISE!" P

So Smileyand Pinkie Pie, why are we alone in the dark?" "We aren't alone in the dark!" The lights suddenly went on. Everypony in Equestria including the Mane 6 were there! "It looked like you were new so I invited everypony in Ponyville to your home! Hahaha! Isn't this a great party?!" "Ugh. Why do I even talk about it?" I thought to myself. Then I got a nice drink of Pony Juice. "Mmm! What flavour is this?" "Fruity flavour!" Pinkie Pie replied loudly. "Now you have lots and lots andlots of friends to play with!" "Oh my goodness." "What is it, Golden Game?" "APPLEJACK!" I shouted with a smile on my face. You are one of the best ponies! "Well uh, thanks! Wait. Do ah know you?" "No. You don't. I'm new to Ponyville. My name is Golden Game. Nice to meet you!" I said and offered a hoofshake. Then I knew I was... Home. "So you enjoying Ponyville?" Pinkie Pie asked. "Yes. But I don

't know how to fly." I said sadly. "Hmm. I know a pony that could help you!" Rainbow Dash said, flying next to me. "Her name is Wing King. She is at the wing dojo. Meet her there and tell her I sent you." "Ok then. But first, Pony Juice, anypony?" I said. I had so much Pony Juice that I felt sick after about 15 minutes. Then, I began to faint slowly... Chapter 8 - So I went to see Wing King. I went in the dojo and then suddenly, "Aha! Who are you?!" "Um... I'm Golden Game, sent by Rainbow Dash." "Hmm. Ok. I shall train you to fly. On one condition! Eat an apple. In one bite." She said. Then I did that exact thing. I ate an apple inone bite. "Ok! Welcome to training. Your first step is to keep on eating apples.They give you energy to fly." And then, the eating began. Eating a billion apples per minute. But I got fat. And fatter. And fatter. And then Wing King said "Your final test is..." Hoping it wasn't to eat more apples, I shouted "NO! I'm already fat enough! Don't make me eat more apples!" "No! It is not to eat more app

les. It is to drink this potion to make you a fine shaped pony again." "Phew. Wait, who are you, Zecora? And I always wondered why your cutie mark is 3 apples.And wearing a mask?" Taking off the mask, I could see it was Applejack! "Now just listen to me! I may be Applejack but I got the potion from Zecora. Now drink this potion to lose all of that weight from apples." Then I did exactly what shesaid. I drank the potion and I felt weird after that. All tingly inside. "But one more thing, Applejack. How were you at the pony party at one time and at the dojo right now?" "Well, I made a robotic clone of myself." "Ok. I believe you." Ireplied. Then suddenly, I lost all of that weight that I gained. Then I tried to fly and I succeeded. "Well done, Golden Game! Go tell everypony you know!" "Ok

!" I shouted happily. Chapter 9 - After the visit to Wing King's dojo, I flew over to Fluttershy's home. I saw her outside. And then it all began with 2 simplewords. "Hi, Fluttershy." She screamed in terror. "Oh, it's a p-p-pony. H-h-h-hi." She stuttered on the spot. Then I said "It's ok. I'm not gonna hurt you. Or your animals. I love animals and I came here to get one." "Oh. Well in t-t-t-thatcase, then follow me t-to the house." So I followed Fluttershy to her house. Then I saw so many amazing little creatures. And big ones too. The first 2 ones Isaw were a wasp and a bat. "Ahh!" I screamed, shivering in Fluttershy's chickencoop. "What's wrong?" "I.... AM TERRIFIED OF WASPS!" "Oh. I understand. What should I do then?" "ANYTHING TO GET THAT WASP AWAY! PLEASE, FLUTTERSHY!" "Well I'lllure it f-f-f-far away." "Thank you, Fluttershy." I said, calming down in the process. "Well there's so many good animals to pick." "Remember that bat you saw?" "Yes. And I think it's perfect for me. But wait. Maybe a chicken. Or a cat! Ora squirrel! Oh, I can't think!" "It's ok. Do you want me to decide for you?" "Oh. Sure, Fluttershy." "Ok. I have c-c-c-chosen the pet for you." "Yes?" "A..." "YES?!" "Hawk!" "Oh my! Yes! It's perfect for me! But I don't have to pay, right?" "Oh no. Of course not. You can just take it now and I'll find another h-h-hawk." "Ok! Thank you Fluttershy!" Running out, happily, I went to see Applejack. Chapter 10 - I saw Applejack so I went over and said to her "Hi, Applejack. What'sgoing on?" "Nothing. Just eating apples." "Oh. Ok. Where is Big Macintosh?" "Oh. He's inside. But he's busy remodelling." "Ok. I won't bother him then. "Good.He's extremely busy." "And Applebloo--" "Playing with her friends." Applejack interrupted. "Oh. I'll leave then." Then it came to me. I got my cutie mark so I can't be one of the Cutie Mark Crusaders. But I had to try. So I went to see the

Crusaders, thinking of the words "Gabby Gums" on the way. I saw them at the Ponyville park. With a "Hi!" I smiled at them. They all gasped with awe at my amazing cutie mark. Applebloom was the first to say "Oh sweet apples. You have your cutie mark! This calls for a celebration!" "Ok! Meet me at my house! Number 52! Don't forget it!" "We'll be on our way!" All of the crusaders replied. Returning home, I was very surprised. Everypony was still there! And then I told them all "Let's party like it's 1985 and we just got our NES, baby!" We were all partying.The fillies were partying. The foals were partying! Even Spike was partying atthe sight of my amazing cutie mark! After everypony left, I went to bed thinkingabout my mother. Would she be worried? Would she be out at the town getting another copy of Halo 3? These questions, I could not answer. Then I fell asleep...Chapter 11 - I was out having a walk when suddenly, I saw an ALIEN PONY! She hada green body and a sort of pinky-reddish mane and tail. "AHH!" I screamed, scar

Pushing me into her home, I saw how beautiful it really was! Young Sweetie Belle was there. And Opal! And the dresses, there was a cupboard full of them!Taking me into her private room, she completely changed my look. She gave me adress that looked amazing. "Um, Rarity? I'm male. Not female. Yet. "Oh thanks GG." She said. She opened it and to my surprise she said "The new Ponymon game! I've been waiting so long for it!""Sorry, Dash. Gotta fly!" I said. After my shift was over, I went to borrow a book from Twilight Sparkle. "Oh hi, Golden Game. What are you here for?" "I'm here because I need to borrow a book." "What book do you need? I showed her the part that I read. "Oh my." "Send a note to Princess Celestia, fast!" "I will, Golden! I will!" "Twilight? Do you know any good fighters to help me beat Discord?" "Well there is onecalled Midnight Fighter. You can meet him at the dojo of pony battlers. He'll train you. He's the best fighting pony in Equestria!" "Ok, thanks Twi!" "But wait! He only opens the dojo at midnight!" Twilight shouted, while I was running. And so off to Midnight Fighter I went. Chapter 12 - I arrived at the Dojo of ponybattlers. I went in and saw a blue pony with no mane at all, a yellow tail, anda skull cutie mark. "So. I've been expecting you, GOLDEN GAME." "Wait. How do you know my name?" I asked. "I know EVERYPONY! Even you." "Wow. Hard work, eh?" "No." "So, can you train me?" "Hmm. I shall need a large amount of... money. But50 bits should do the trick." "50 BITS?! Wow. Lucky me. I have 100 bits." "So. Give me 50 bits. Please." I gave Midnight Fighter 50 bits and suddenly, KA-POW! He gave me a magic pill. "How is this gonna work?" "Just eat it. It has some of my DNA in it." So I ate it. And suddenly, I was stronger than ever. "Good. Now weshall have a duel, Golden Game." "Ok." I replied. And then we were fighting. "Ok. You win, Golden Game. You can now leave." "Thanks." It was midnight and so Iwent home, played some games, and went to bed. Then, I began to fall asleep... Chapter 13 - The next day, on my way to work, I saw another pony. A pure red pony. Now if you don't mind, I must get to work. Bye!" "Bye bye!" Twinkle said. Then, I got to work finally. "Hi!" Product Gamer said to me. "Hi toyou too!" I replied. "This is a very important package. It's a box full of Hooftendo games!" I read the box and it said "To Pinkie Pie." I wondered. "Why wouldPinkie Pie want some Video Games? Well there was that Hub commercial for the show with her playing a game, so, eh, whatever. "So I went to deliver the box andarrived at a rather unusual flower store. I met a pony. "Hi there!" She said. "My name is Flower Power." "Ha! Nice name! Mine is Golden Game!" "Thank you!" Hercutie mark was a flower. She had a purple body and a green and orange mane. "I'mon my way to deliver a package to Pinkie Pie. So, what's your job?" "I'm sorrybut I can't tell you because it's sort of private." "Aw. Ok. Must be going now!"

"Bye!" She said. So I ran to Sugarcube Corner and arrived. I knocked on the door and I saw Mr. and Mrs. Cake. "Why hello!" Mrs. Cake said. "Why are you here?"Mr. Cake said. "Well I need to deliver this to Pinkie Pie. "Oh yes. She's inside." Mrs. Cake said. "Thanks!" I said, rushing inside. I saw her and she asked me"Hi! What's that box for?" "It's a surprise!" "Oh boy! Surprise is my middle name!" "Really? So then you would be Pinkie Surprise Pie." "Ha ha ha! Surprise isn't really my middle name!" "I have to go. Bye!" And then I rushed back to Hooftendo HQ. I saw Product Gamer going out the door and said "What are you doing?" "Our shift is over! We're free to go home!" "Sweet!" And then I rushed home. It wasnight. The doorbell was ringing. I opened the door and it was Twilight! "Hello.I just wanted to give you this." She gave me a letter. I opened and it was... Chapter 14 - "AN INVITATION TO PONY WRESTLING?! THANK YOU TWILIGHT!" "No problem.I can invite one friend for free. And by the way it's starting now. Go to the P

ony Emporium and go into the wrestling arena." "Thank you!" "My pleasure." So Ileft my house and went to the Pony Emporium. Then I met another pony. He was atthe entrance of the Emponium, as I called it. "Hello there! 30 bits to get in the Pony Emporium, please." So I gave him 30 bits to get in. "What's your name? Mine is Golden Game." I said. "My name is Tickebit." "Funny name! Ticket and Bit combined!" "Now here's your ticket inside!" "Thanks! I'm gonna go see pony wrestling!" "Sweet! Let's go!" So I went in the pony arena and saw an VIP seat that said my name on it. And even better, it was next to Twilight! "Hi, Golden. Here'syour VIP friend seat." She said. So I sat down and watched. Then they battled and CM Pony won. Round 2 started. CM Pony won once again. Round 3 started. It was a tie. Then suddenly, asurprise round 4 started! CM Pony won! I got 400 bits for voting on CM Pony whenhe won! He said "Hey. Wanna come backstage with your friend, Twilight Sparkle?"I replied "YES! OH YES!" So we went backstage and saw how it was all done. ThenI got CM Pony's autograph. I was so happy, that I fainted. Chapter 15 - "Oh, myhead. Where am I?" I said. "You're in your bed, sleepyhead." Twilight said. "Twilight?" "Yes. It's me. I got you something." It was just a cardboard box. But when I opened it, it was "A Hooftendo Ponii?! Thank you so much, Twilight! Yes yes yes yes yes yes yes!" "You must be a fan of the movie Yes Pony. Also, The Ponii includes New super Ponio bros Ponii!" "Thanks Twilight! I'm gonna play it tomorrow. So I went back to bed and fell asleep... Then I woke up. I saw a pony parade outside. "OH SWEET CELESTIA! WHOA!" "A parade! And it's being run by... Pinkie Pie? Sweet! Swarm of the century! Parasprites! Good job, Pinkie!" I shouted toher. "Can't talk right now! Parasprite invasion!" She replied. So I went back in my house. I set up my Hooftendo Ponii. I played New super Ponio bros Ponii forthe rest of the day. When it was night, I went out and I saw a ninja pony! "Hey! Wait! Come back!" I shouted to her. She did come back. I asked her "What's your name?" "My name.... Is Ninja Jack!" Oh. You're a boy. My mistake, Ninja Jack.So what do you do? "At day I play Sonic, at night I fight crime. I'm the protector of Ponyville." Then I remembered... "I know your true identity!" "And what would that be?" He asked. "Arty Crafty!" "DON'T TELL ANYONE!" Ninja Jack replied.

A package came in the mail. It woke me up. I gasped in wake. "Ahh! What was that? Probably just the window wiper. So I went downstairs, had some coffee, and went to check the mail. I saw it was a box! It said "To Golden Game, Ponyville, House 52" on it. I opened the box and inside was a letter. It said on it "For Golden Game, From Princess Celestia" So I opened it. The note said"Hello, Golden. I have a small gift for you. I've stored it inside the bottom ofthe box. Read out the words *Nakulanga Klanhu* and it will come to you. Kindestregards: Princess Celestia." "Nakulanga Klanhu!" I said. Then it came to me. Itwas a necklace with my cutie mark on it! Then Princess Celestia came in the door. "Yes. You are the missing element." She said. "The element... OF GAMING." "YAHOO!" I jumped up in joy. "You can control enemies with your necklace." "But how

?" "Well, the necklace has a game controller, right?" "Sweeeeeeet!" I shouted. Ithen tried the Konami code on the controller. "Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right,Left, Right, B, A, Start!" Millions, no, Billions of changelings went behind Chrysalis. "All elements! Unite!" And we shot a powerful blast of love and friendship. But they were still alive. We all screamed. And then... Chapter 18 - "We need more power!" Celestia said. "But who? Oh yes. The other missing elements." "What are you talking about, Princess?" I replied. "Missing elements! Over here!" And so Arty Crafty/Ninja Jack, Twinkle, Midnight Fighter, Flower Power, CM Pony, Furb, and Smiley were all teleported here. All14 elements were there. "Elements! FIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!" And a huge wave of energywas shot out. The Changelings, Discord, Screwball and Queen Chrysalis screamed.And harmony was once again restored. Chapter 19 - After I got all of the autographs from every pony, I decided that it would be about time to go back home. " Goodbye, Everypony!" I shouted. Then I went to see Doctor Whooves. He said, "Stepin this machine and become a human!" So I went in his machine and a dome of light crossed over me. I was a human again! "Great! Now step into this portal and betransported back home." Wait. I have to say one more final goodbye. Arty! Twinkle! Midnight! Flower! CM! Furb! Smiley! Twilight! Rarity! Pinkie! AJ! RD! Fluttershy! It was so good to meet you. I'll come back to Equestria sometime." I saidto my friends. And so they all said goodbye in unison. I went through the portal

to take me back home. And just like that, I was back home in my room. Chapter 20 - I ran downstairs to see my mother. She was sad. "Hey. Why are you sad?" "AD?Is it really you?!" She was so happy to see me! "Yes! It's me!" "Where were you? I missed you so much!" "I was in Equestria! And I missed you so much! Let me tell you the story of my adventure!" "Ok!" And with that, it was the end of my Equestrian story. The end.
