Gerrit began his career as a graduate in the Toyota Graduate Development Programme rapidlyprogressing into a professional role within the Toyota Motor Europe Pan-European Training Academy.At the Toyota training academy he was responsible for Problem Solving and Process Management.Moving to Porsche Consulting in 2008, Gerrit is now responsible for the planning and implementationof national and international consulting projects. These projects focus around lean processes acrossthe entire value chain from R&D to Production, Logistics and Sales. As an expert for logistics concepts and execution, production and supplier integration, Tobiassuccessfully implemented lean solutions in aerospace and automotive industry, worldwide. He was in charge ofplanning and implementing the “New Logistic Concept” for the Panamera. Once you have achieved significant momentum in your lean transformation, stabilisingthe gains and making this sustainable is a major challenge for any leader. In thissession you will understand how lean is sustainably implemented in the leadershipprocess and the behaviour of the operational leadership team. Dr Scheib will givecase study examples from projects as to how lean leadership is introduced andmaintained at Porsche AG.

Conny will focus on theprocess, structure and approach of Porsche’s internal CIP process (PorscheImprovement Process) and discuss the current challenges and projects with PorscheLeipzig Lean COO.
