From the time they were teenagers, Millennials have come to expect highly personalized, fast, instant response. They have zero tolerance for delays and expect to give and receive feedback at all junctions.

Sure, they’re fast, but are they prepared to lead?

• 1999 to 2009 U.S. Multinational companies eliminated 3 million domestic jobs whilst adding 2.4 million jobs abroad

• Will increasing wages reverse outsourcing trend?

• Working from home, could mean working from anywhere

• Nearly 60% have changed jobs already

• 70% leave their first job after college within 2 years

• Personal fulfillment more important than compensation

• Privacy concerns, free speech, content ownership – have you worked it out?

• Self-destructing communication, data, design, transportation

• 43% of 18-24 year-olds say that texting is just as meaningful as an actual conversation with someone over the phone (eMarketer 2010)
