Bar ServeryThe bar servery will be refurbished in line with the attractive and premium look and feel of the pub. Works will include:• Refurbishing the existing bar counter top. • Installing a brand-new back bar fitting with an improved

design for the display of wines and free-pour spirits. • Moving the till to the front of the bar. • Adding a brand-new coffee machine to the back of the bar

to attract a wider demographic.• A view to install new ambient lighting. • Adding a new glass store and display to the counter top.Bar AreaThe bar area will be completely refurbished and redecorated with a mix of traditional and modern finishes, establishing an attractive feel throughout. This will create a fantastic space for customers to enjoy casual drinking and dining with friends and family. Works will include:• Laying new matting to the entrance way. • Adding dining height tables to the large bay window. • Adding soft, cosy seating around the real open fire.• Laying new timber flooring to match the existing character

of the pub. • Adding premium finishes, including leather-style textures,

luxurious gold velvet and honey gold details. Snug AreaThe raised snug area will be completely refurbished and redecorated to amplify the cosy and attractive feel of the pub. Works will include:• Adding soft seating, upholstered with a mixture of soft

leather and printed fabrics. • Laying new carpet. • Adding framed artwork that relates to the local history.• Installing atmospheric lighting. Dining AreaThe dining area will be refurbished to support the new and improved food offering, matching the overall look and feel of the pub, with reference to bees, honey and other elements of the pub’s heritage. Works will include:• Incorporating an eclectic mix of seating including feature

corner booths and banquette-style sharing tables with seating in a variety of fabrics and finishes.

• Retaining, stripping and polishing the existing timber flooring to highlight its natural quality and character.

• Adding rush matting to soften the refurbished flooring.• Reinstating and refurbishing the existing real fire place. • Carrying out a full redecoration in the new and

contemporary colour scheme.• Adding framed artwork and graphic pieces, with reference

to bees, honey and other elements of the pub’s heritage. • Creating a feature wall display with exposed brickwork. ExtensionA single story extension will be created over the existing decked area, with large glazed windows and doors leading to the garden. It will increase covers during winter months and will be the perfect space for customers to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Works will include: • Adding large skylights to increase natural light. • Constructing a glazed link between the extension and

the existing building, resulting in an attractive contrast of traditional and modern surroundings.

• Creating a new polished concrete floor. • Installing a mixture of dining-height and

fixed-bench seating.

• Installing ambient lighting to complement the abundance of natural light.

KitchenA brand-new kitchen will be formed by relocating the current toilets to provide space to support the new wider menu. Works will include:• Installing brand-new extraction fans and ventilation

by a specialist contractor.• Laying new hygienic, non-slip flooring. • Adding hygienic stainless steel wall cladding. • Painting the ceiling and joinery items. • Installing new in/out double swing access doors. • Forming a new rear yard access from the kitchen. • Adding a covered walkway leading to the external chiller.ToiletsThe ladies and gents toilets will be relocated to the existing kitchen area and decorated in line with the pub’s overall look and feel. Cellar Minor modifications and redecorations will be carried out to support the new kitchen layout and a SmartDispense system will be installed to reduce waste and improve quality. A new access door will also be formed. Garden AreaThe existing garden area will be improved to create an attractive area where customers can enjoy drinks during the warmers months and relax in the beautiful surroundings. Works will include:• Fitting new large double doors to improve the link between

the garden area and indoor trading area.• Adding a feature sharing bench table.• Installing a new timber framed pergola, providing coverage

to outdoor covers. • Creating space for an outdoor pizza oven or general

cooking space. • Adding whimsical planting and ambient lighting. Licensee AccommodationThis will be in line with our ‘Ready to Trade’ promise so you can focus on creating an exceptional venue from the outset. Signage and External AreaThe pub exterior, lighting and signage will be transformed to increase site visibility, communicate the pub’s unique offering, and improve kerb appeal. Works will include:• Redecoration of exterior walls, including black paint and the

golden pineapple logo.• Adding sign-written letters directly onto black feature wall.• Mounting a feature cut out metal logo onto the front wall,

illuminated by new spotlights.• Adding new amenity boards and single-sided post signs to

showcase the pub’s new offer. • Minor repair works to the boundary and fence.• Moving the existing external seating to the front.• Adding new timber planters to soften and improve the

overall appearance.
