Dining AreaThe dining area will be refurbished to support the new and improved food offering, matching the overall look and feel of the pub, with reference to bees, honey and other elements of the pub’s heritage. Works will include:• Incorporating an eclectic mix of seating including feature

corner booths and banquette-style sharing tables with seating in a variety of fabrics and finishes.

• Retaining, stripping and polishing the existing timber flooring to highlight its natural quality and character.

• Adding rush matting to soften the refurbished flooring.• Reinstating and refurbishing the existing real fire place. • Carrying out a full redecoration in the new and

contemporary colour scheme.• Adding framed artwork and graphic pieces, with reference

to bees, honey and other elements of the pub’s heritage. • Creating a feature wall display with exposed brickwork. ExtensionA single story extension will be created over the existing decked area, with large glazed windows and doors leading to the garden. It will increase covers during winter months and will be the perfect space for customers to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Works will include: • Adding large skylights to increase natural light. • Constructing a glazed link between the extension and

the existing building, resulting in an attractive contrast of traditional and modern surroundings.

KitchenA brand-new kitchen will be formed by relocating the current toilets to provide space to support the new wider menu. Works will include:• Installing brand-new extraction fans and ventilation

Works will include:• Fitting new large double doors to improve the link between

the garden area and indoor trading area.• Adding a feature sharing bench table.• Installing a new timber framed pergola, providing coverage

cooking space. • Adding whimsical planting and ambient lighting. Licensee AccommodationThis will be in line with our ‘Ready to Trade’ promise so you can focus on creating an exceptional venue from the outset. Signage and External AreaThe pub exterior, lighting and signage will be transformed to increase site visibility, communicate the pub’s unique offering, and improve kerb appeal. Works will include:• Redecoration of exterior walls, including black paint and the

golden pineapple logo.• Adding sign-written letters directly onto black feature wall.• Mounting a feature cut out metal logo onto the front wall,

illuminated by new spotlights.• Adding new amenity boards and single-sided post signs to

showcase the pub’s new offer. • Minor repair works to the boundary and fence.• Moving the existing external seating to the front.• Adding new timber planters to soften and improve the

overall appearance.
