D.C. Headquarters Project This project created the first non-profit

village in DC to house nonprofits at less than market value so they could remain in the District.

Nonprofit Advantage

A large portion of the building is dedicated to reversing the troubling trend of tax exempt organizations being forced to move from the District.

By offering office space and conference facilities at below-market value, Pew brings together nonprofit organizations, enhancing their relationships with the federal government and decision-makers in the city.

Renovations

Pew has undertaken a multi-million dollar renovation of the property with additional upgrades qualifying the building for LEED Gold certification.

The property features a three level underground garage and a state-of-the-art conferencing facility.
