Co-extrusionSimonton’s advanced, co-extrusion process provides a designer-

friendly contrast of exterior and interior color on the same

window. No longer do you need to match your palette to a

single window color. Get the color you need, where you need it.

Foam InsulationOptional, patented high-density foam insulation

can be added to the frame cavities to help deliver

impressive thermal efficiency and provide a

consistent interior comfort level. This unique

insulation offers almost two times more insulating

properties than typical fiberglass insulation.

Glass SolutionsEnergy Performance, Comfort & Savings When it comes to saving energy and keeping

your home more comfortable throughout the

year, the right glass package will help accomplish

the task. Simonton Mosaic windows and doors

deliver excellent energy efficiency with standard

ProSolar® Low-E glass and Argon gas. A variety

of advanced glass options are available to tailor

the most effective glass features to achieve the

optimal performance for where you live.

Thermal-efficient Spacer SystemsInsulating glass units have at least two panes of

glass that are separated by a low-conductance

spacer that helps minimize the transfer of heat

between the glass panes. Simonton Mosaic

offers a variety of spacer options that help

increase thermal performance.

Locking SystemsDouble hung windows come standard

with a flush-mount cam lock and

easy to use tilt latches. The available

AutoSense™ lock automatically

secures when you close your window.

When released, it also allows the sash

to tilt in for easy and safe cleaning.

Added StrengthChoose Fiberglass SupportChoose fiberglass support

reinforcement in the meeting

rail of double hung and sliding

windows for increased strength

Fresh Air and More Enjoy the fresh air with a durable,

extruded aluminum that is also
