CATHOLIC PARLIAMENTARY AND PUBLIC POLICY INTERNSHIPS - Our Bishops’ Conference organises Parliamentary and Public Policy Internships for recently graduated Catholics. This year they are looking to offer 8 internships: five interns will be placed with Christian MPs at Westminster; two in Public Policy with

CAFOD and CARITAS Social Action Network; and one in a media internship at Archbishop’s House Westminster. CAFOD Fast Day is on Friday 2nd March. The department for International Development have agreed to raise £ for £ against any money CAFOD raises this year. Donations this year will be used to provide clean water and sanitation. Look out for "Thirst for Change", a campaign to urge world leaders to ensure provision of clean water as a priority at the G2O summit. Envelopes should be available at the back of church for your collection. Please donate what you can afford, for fast day and bring your envelopes back for collection on Sunday 4th March.
