Dear Parent/Guardian Summer Programmes In line with the School’s aim to develop our students both academically and as free thinking, self-confident global citizens, we encourage them to improve their life skills by engaging in workshops, lectures, seminars and summer schools. Such activities will also inevitably have a positive effect on their future University application and more importantly familiarise them with their prospective course of study. With this in mind we would like to bring to your attention a few activities, a list which we endeavour to update every year, which you may like to consider for your son/daughter: Application and enrolment are the responsibility of the student and their parents. The School cannot undertake these arrangements on their behalf nor can the School accept any responsibility for the outcome of any application.

Ad hoc programmes We endeavour to keep our students aware of local seminars, workshops, summer courses and camps that are taking place around the island via their school email account and also through our senior students closed Facebook page. Students are encouraged to refer to both forms of communication regularly.

We would like to point out that it is not the School’s intention to promote any particular programme(s), but we feel that it would be useful to bring to your attention programmes that have either been successfully ‘tried and tested’ by other English School students or that may be of interest.
