A consummate foodie, I love being in the kitchen with my Family developing new recipes. I Invented The Original Rice Rinser at 52 years old. I have been cooking for the 45 of them. I love rice and have prepared it thousands of times over the years. I have always rinsed my rice, the traditional way, not only for the healthy aspects, but rice that has been prepared after rinsing is simply fluffier and better for you. I have tried everything in the kitchen to rinse it easier but until now, have never found a product like this.

And so The Original Rice Rinser was born!

Before I invented this, the typical way to rinse your rice is to measure it, pour into a bowl, fill with water, swoosh it around with your hands to rinse it, and then, hold your hand over the edge of the bowl and drain without losing any rice (good luck) and then, pour into your pan of water to cook.

In 2015, there were 328 million rice cookers sold globally. For every rice cooker sold, there is an instructional manual that includes directing the user to "rinse or wash" their rice but there are no rice rinsers included because there aren't any available until now.
