• To create a new centrality that includes variety of recreation and entertainment activities ; • To provide a well-accessible and connected space, which its transportation will be increased ; • To provide an ecological district that offers diverse social, green and housing mixities ; • To become a green zone for ships that is reserved, only for small boats.
