Natural Products Scandinavia is the only dedicated Nordic tradeshow for natural living, health, nutrition, selfcare, beauty, skincareand natural food and drink. The show attracts thousands of visitingdistributors, wholesalers, retailers and buyers who come to see avibrant showcase of exhibitors from the Nordic region as well asfrom around the world.

Co-located with the Nordic Organic Food Fair, visitor tickets allowaccess to both shows and the open plan layout allows visitors tomove freely between the two events. In 2016 there were 375exhibitors from 46 countries and 4912 attendees from 68 countries.

We are expecting over 400 exhibitors and 5500 attendees in 2017.

EXHIBITOR CASE STUDY:

Biovegan attended Natural Products Scandinavia in 2015 for the firsttime. Our aim was to understand the demand for vegan bakingingredients and get feedback from buyers and retailers. Theshow proved to be a perfect marketplace, where you can notonly buy and sell (in fact at every corner), but gets loads ofinformation and meet contacts as well. Having learned a lotabout consumer demand at the show, we developed our newScandinavian packaging and a line of products especiallydesigned for Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland – we foundpartners in all of these countries in only two days. We would never havedared to this so soon without the many high class contacts the show providedus with! 2016 saw the official launch of our new line in Malmö!

The Natural & Organic Awards Showcaseis where exhibitors will be showcasing theirlatest products and where the voting takesplace for The Natural & Organic AwardsScandinavia. These products will alsofeature in a separate booklet handed out tovisitors at the show and promoted on socialmedia.

The VIP programme is aimed at key tradebuyers from the Nordic region as well asselected buyers from across Europe. Throughcollaboration with media partners andassociations, we provide a dedicated campaignto get them to the show and will once againinvest in a Hosted Buyers Programme in 2017.

With the huge success in 2016 – The Eco Packaging feature area will againbe showcasing sustainable and biodegradable packaging innovations andnew product developments that solve food packaging and food waste issues.With global growth of Biodegradable packaging predicted at 500%, this isclearly a focus for producers, buyers and consumers.

We willonce again host thesought after Beauty Hours inthe Natural Beauty Theatre. Thesehours will give exhibitors in the Beauty &Skincare Zone the opportunity to present theircompany and products to a relevant audience. The Natural Theatre will once again host aworld class education programme and willbring together industry speakers who willcover a wide range of topics includinginnovation and product development,market overview, exporting and importingchallenges and understanding the healthindustry in the Nordic region.

Organised by the Swedish Organic ChefAssociation, Föreningen Ekokockar, the NordicOrganic Food Fair will once again host theNordic Organic Chef of the Year where chefsfrom the region compete for the title. Thecompetition helps to promote and celebratethe valuable contributions chefs make inorganic kitchens every day.

Follow-up – If you don’t follow-up your leads, why invest in the exhibition to begin with? You would be amazed how many exhibitors don’t follow-up their leads! Make sure you contact all of your leads at least six times after the show.

KRAV develop organic standards andpromote the KRAV-label in Sweden. Theypromote the show to members and industrycontacts, in addition to supporting the show.
