CHILD DEDICATION: If you would like to dedicate your child to the Lord, mark your calendars for Sunday, August 2. You can sign up online or contact the church office.

Come join us this Sunday for Ride for the Cause! It will be a day filled with fun, motorcycles, and fellowship! After the service there will be a Fun Run to take a drive or cycle ride on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. All monies raised from the Fun Run go to purchase motorcycles for missionaries in third world countries. For more information email Ride4Cause@gmail.com.

Please keep our Michigan Team in your prayers as they are on their way to Allegan, Michigan and as they return Sunday. There they will work and serve to help develop land at the Harvest Farm in order to provide more opportunities for men living in the Allegan area. We ask that you pray for the eight men listed below as they serve.

PRAYER GATHERING: Mondays @ Noon in Room 114. Come and seek the presence of God and a movement of God in our lives, our church, and our community.

Mark your calendars: Beth Moore Living Proof Simulcast on September 12! You’re invited to be part of this global, one-day simulcast that will encourage you to dive deeper into the Word of God. Beth follows the leading of the Holy Spirit to prepare a specific message for each of her events, and the simulcast is no exception. Don’t miss out on this special event! All ladies are welcome, so bring a friend or invite a neighbor! Tickets are available for purchase at Federated Fellowship Church, Thistles, and The Sanctuary for $10.

We would like to extend a BIG thank you to show our appreciation for our Kids Ministry Volunteers (the Nest, LTCC, and Youth). So on Wednesday, August 5 we will host a THANK YOU EVENT for our volunteers from 5:30-7:30pm. The event will include Lazer Tag, pizza, pop, ice cream, and a small gift.

What is Share What You Wear? It is a FREE garage sale where everyone is welcome to come and take clothing items for themselves and their family members. When is the event? September 18th, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. September 19th, from 8 a.m. to Noon.Now accepting donations until September 11!• Gently used clothing, shoes, and outerwear for men,

women, and children• New in-package socks and underwear• Children’s & Adult coats, mittens, hats, and boots

So you’ve cleaned out your closets for SWYW but what about the other items you would like to clear out as well? MOPS will be holding a garage sale-fundraiser on at the Memorial Building on August 14 & 15. They will be accepting all non-clothing items you would like to donate on Sunday 2 & 9. our communityOn July 25, Bethel Music will be sending a team of two artists to our area. Bethel Music travels all over the world and their music is sweeping this nation in young Christian communities. The vision for this night is to see a movement of God and for God to bring healing to the region. Come and join this event to see what God has in store! It will be Saturday, July 25 @7pm in Downtown Pella. Tickets are $10. Get your tickets at The Sanctuary bookstore in Pella or online at unitemidwest.com.

Looking for a fun, easy way to feed the family? Come support Child Evangelism Fellowship summer missionaries at Pizza Ranch! Enjoy delicious pizza while helping out the local missionaries by eating at the Ottumwa or Oskaloosa Pizza Ranch on July 29.

Vital Ministries presents “Man on Fire” on Saturday, August 1 from 5:30-8:00pm at the Vermeer Pavilion. All men are invited, bring your sons & grandsons! The guest speaker will be Michael Chaney with Fellowship of the Sword along with music from the Vital Men Band. Food will be from 5:30-6:30pm for $8 a plate. To learn more go to vitalministries.org.

Heartland Reformed Church in Pella invites you to a night of gospel music on Sunday, August 2 at 6:00 p.m. The evening will feature music from the Sharon-Bethel quartet of Kalona, Headin Home from Colfax, and Living Water quartet.
