Assessing without levels

Baseline assessment for every child in Y1-Y6

We will be talking in terms of whether your child is making expected progress and meeting the end of year or two years requirements

Children will be assessed three times a year to see if they are making expected progress, exceeding or working below.

Outdoor learning – hands on, child led

PE – the requirements have stayed pretty much the same except there is more emphasis on swimming.

DB Primary – please look at this to see weekly updates about the learning in your child’s class.

Computing – the requirements for this have changed. Much more emphasis on programming.
