BizzLadder then passes on 40% of each “Referral” Commission to John.John earns 40% of the BizzLadder “Referral Commissions”.

John makes some additional referrals to Acme Copier Services, resulting in sales….Acme Copier pays BizzLadder a commission on each sale.

John earns 40% on each of these “Referral Commissions” also!
