• Rater (Immediate supervisor for 90 days)
• Senior Rater (Direct line of supervision for two rated months)

RULES TO REMEMBER
• Face-to-face counseling is mandatory
• Must use DA Form 2166-7-1
• Initial counseling must be done within the first 30 days of each rating period
