• The network consists of 4 library sectors• Each sector has organised its own activities

Conclusions

• The libraries network in Finland is well organised• Coordination of library issues at the Ministry of

Education has been developed– New coordinating working group

• Information technology provides new possibilities to support research, learning and human development

• Cooperation is the key success factor
