We have created a range of packages to cater for your every need to make your special day perfect. For smaller, more intimate celebrations an ideal package can be created
for you.
The Bride & Groom will receive complimentary menu tasting to choose the ideal Wedding Breakfast for their special guests.
Our range of stunning Suites can cater from the smallest and most intimate of weddings to large weddings for up to 800; most of our suites have panoramic views
over the stadium boasting unique photo opportunities.

ideal for you to take your magical vows in one of our elegant suites.
We recommend that prior to booking your venue you confirm details of your ceremony with the local registrar.

Terms and ConditionsPackages are based on 60 daytime and 100 evening guests.
Additional food and beverage packages can be purchased. Menu tasting is for two people on one visit, supplements will apply for additionaltastings and guests.
Rates stated are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing current rate and are valid for Weddings held until 30th December 2019. Supplements may apply for events taking place over Christmas and New Year period.
A non-refundable or transferable deposit of £500.00 is required to confirm your Wedding, with 50% of your estimated balance paid 12 months prior and the balance due in full along with final details 8 weeks prior to your big day.

Whites wedding package include the following:
o Your own dedicated Wedding Co-Ordinator in the lead up to your wedding day
o Private room hire of your chosen suite for the wedding breakfast and evening
reception
o Unique pitch side photo opportunities
o Red Carpet Arrival
o Event Manager to guide you through your wedding day and act as master of
ceremonies
o White chair covers for the wedding breakfast
o Use of the hotel’s cake stand and knife
o A three course wedding breakfast chosen from the Menu Sector, followed by
freshly brewed coffee and mints
o Arrival glass of Bucks Fizz for you and your guests
o A glass of Prosecco to toast the happy couple during the speeches
o A choice of finger buffet or hot buffet for your evening reception
o Professional DJ from 7.30pm until 1am
o Dance floor
o Complementary Penthouse Suite on the evening of the wedding with a full
breakfast the following morning
o An allocation of 10 bedrooms at a discounted rate for your guests to book
o 6 Week Leisure membership for the Whites Leisure Club for the happy couple
o One night bed and breakfast to celebrate your first wedding anniversary
