The only ICT Event Hosted by the MIIT
PT Expo China 2017 took place on Sep 27-30, 2017 at China National Convention Center in
Beijing. The event was hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT)
of the People’s Republic of China and China Council for the Promotion of International
Trade, organized by China National Postal and Telecommunications Appliances Corporation
and China International Exhibition Center Group Corporation.
PT Expo China 2017 focused on “Digital Power Flourishing”, showcasing the latest process
and achievements of the digital economy and how ICTs facilitate the digital transformation
of the society on a widespread, efficient network.

Introduction
The event showcased topics like 5G, optical communications, satellite communications,
Quantum teleportation, SDN/NFV, CDN, IPv6, NB-IoT, network infrastructure and supporting
facilities, cloud computing, big data, block chain, data center, mobile Internet, digital health,
information security, artificial intelligence, smart city, intelligent terminal, smart home,
emergency communications and so on.
Over 400 companies and organizations from 12 countries and regions attended PT Expo China
2017, including those from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, the Taiwan region, Finland,
Germany, Japan, Korea (Republic of), Russia, Sweden, Switzerland and the United States. The
major participators included China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom, China Tower, CAICT,

The Highlight
The Aero-terrestrial Emergency Rescue Zone comprehensively displayed the emergency rescue communication system, emergency communication transmission equipment, emergency deployment and control platform, and so on.
In this zone, Yingtan City, a leading practice of smart city, along with China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom, ZTE, HUAWEI, Fiberhome, Qualcomm, Ericsson and Zhutong Information Technology demonstrated their advanced NB-IoT ecosystem and smart city related deployment, technologies and applications
The zone created an immersive environment for visitors to experience the most cutting-edge smart devices.
Companies from the United States and Europe showcased cutting-edge digital health technologies and products such as medical health big data, medical product labeling and identification.

The forum focused on topics like IoT and AI empowering health big data, the internationalization of Chinese medicine, digital social expansion and big data, health care and health China 2030.
The forum focused on data center design, equipment operation and maintenance, energy efficiency, etc., to help improve the operation and maintenance of data center.
Digital Health around the Globe 2017 Summit (DHS 2017)
As the most influential forum in the emergency communication industry of China, the forum focused on the topics like emergency communication plan deployment, aero-terrestrial integration information technology and civil-military integration and etc.

With the theme of a smart life and workplace, the summit aimed to explore the development of new technology in the field of smart home, to deeply discuss the custom demand in the B2B field, and to find solutions for the industry problems.
