Alex is a successful serial entrepreneur. During the past 20 years he has beeninstrumental in building many profitable companies from start-ups or small businesses tomuch larger public listed ones. Helius Energy, which he co-founded, made over £30mprofit in only its third year of operation. He has been actively involved with building upand floating 3 start up companies onto The London Stock Exchange. He is a formerChairman Of Thyssen Krupp UK the large and very profitable German conglomeratewhich had over 7500 people working for it within the UK with sales of approx. 1.6 billioneuro per annum. He was a few days past his 21st Birthday when he passed CharteredCertified Accountants Examinations making him one of if not the youngest accountant toqualify. He is a former Chairman of the Durham Chamber of Commerce. Currently he isChairman of Black Hangar Studios, a film studio located in Hampshire, and a director ofLondon Bridge Capital who are specialist brokers. He is also a director of Fabric a privateand secure network platform Company.

The love of music has permeated throughout his life.


JAKE SEAL Chief Executive Officer

Jake is notably a ‘hands-on’ entrepreneur with a particular, but not exclusive, focus onentertainment. He is vastly experienced in Film production, Post-production, Visual FXand Stereoscopic 3D imaging. Jake owns three successful film studios as well as leadingpost and VFX companies. He created and financed the largest live action Holographiclibrary in the world, and has huge acclaim for innovative 3D work for blue chipcompanies including: Turner, BskyB, CERN Anglo American, CNN and the CartoonNetwork. Jake in his acting career was fortunate to be able to say those immortal lines in a James Bond movie – “Shaken, not stirred”!

Edwin is a former Creative Director and Board member of Saatchi & Saatchi AdvertisingLondon. He has won many awards for creative excellence and effectiveness throughouthis career. His specialisms include Brand creation, development and implementationincluding the Luxury Goods and Services market. His experience includes franchisedoperations both in the UK and International multi-cultural audiences. Edwin was elected as a Fellow of The Royal Society of Arts in 2012.

Allan regularly conducts The Philharmonia Orchestra as well as the London PhilharmonicOrchestra and London Symphony Orchestra. He is also the film and media conductor forthe Slovak National Symphony Orchestra in Bratislava. Allan’s expertise in recording formedia and gaming has brought him to work with the most qualified and pioneeringComposers and sound designers, including those at Abbey Road Studios.

ANDREW EBORNIntellectual Property and Licensing

Andrew is a highly experienced former Barrister and IP lawyer. His area of expertise isinternational licensing and global rights’ management enabling companies to maximizethe return on their rights as well as assisting with the strategic development of theirinternational businesses. Andrew is CEO of Octopus TV, the cloud based contentmanagement and digital delivery platform and live streaming company and will providethe link between GrooveME and Octopus TV for Holograms (best in Class).

Financial Director

Rob is currently a non executive Director of Domino Pizza Poland, having helped thefinancial team to raise £5m to launch on the London Stock Market followed by a furtherfunding round of £10.5m in 2012. He was previously involved with Lookfantastic, a UK Hairand Beauty Group with international E-commerce sales and distribution.

What’s the investment opportunity?Apart from the equity stake in Groove Musical Experience we are offering personalrewards. Rewards with a monetary value of over £1000 can affect the amount of EIS youmay be able to claim. Please obtain independent tax advice if there is any concern.

The minimum investment is £10, these will be ‘B’ Class shares which carry no votingrights. Investors will be given second priority to attend events and functions after ‘A’Class shareholders – they will receive full EIS entitlement.

‘A’ Class shareholders are investors who invest £1,000 or more. They will be given fullvoting rights and qualify for EIS, and given priority on bookings to attend a recording,filming or premiere performance over ‘B’ Class shareholders – they will still be requiredto pay normal admission ticket price and yes they will get the T-Shirt! Benefits are non-transferrable.

‘A’ Class Gold shareholders are those who invest more than £5,000. Their EIS entitlement remains unaltered. They will be given priority membershipnumbers and have absolute priority on all GrooveME events. Their benefits could betransferrable on an event-by-event basis. EIS – The company has been given advance assurance by HMRC that the proposed share issue is likely to qualify forEnterprise Investment tax relief (EIS).

It is planned that GrooveME will raise an additional £3.85m in early 2016 either by way of private placement or AIM float.This funding will be raised at a multiple premium to the funding currently being raised in this round. This further fundingraise will be used to exploit the many varied and significant opportunities associated with GrooveME sound and visionexperiences that are not currently included within the forecast in our financial plan.
