Wall units

Efficient, energy-saving, easy to maintain and assemble: The latest generation of Pluggit Avent P wall units with heat recovery features a cross-counter-current heat exchanger made of aluminium and four ventilation levels. Having excellent values in terms of electrical efficiency and the heat supply rate it meets the current requirements.

Due to the additional supply air connector at the bottom of the unit, the Pluggit Avent AP190 is perfectly suitable for the installation in flats or in attics, for instance.

Ceiling unit

ServoFlow

Automatic calibration and adjustment of the volume flow by means of pressure sensors.

Fireplace feature

Facilitates the simultaneous operation of an indoor air independent fireplace. The frost protection function is reset.

Pluggit Avent ventilation units can be upgraded with numerous comfort components such as radio remote control, app control, connection to BUS system, VOC sensor or smoke gas sensor as required.This makes the control according to individual needs even more flexible and simple.



The handling is so simple

Bypass

Functions / LED (colours) of the bypass The control automatically detects the bypassand the bypass icon is activated.

■■ Automatic mode enabled = LED lights green (flap is open, summer mode)

■■ Automatic mode disabled = LED is OFF (flap is closed, winter mode)

■■ Manual bypass = press bypass icon = LED flashes green. In case of valid constraints (outdoor temperature) the bypass opens for 6 hours (default setting can be changed using the PC tool).

■■ Activation of the summer mode = bypass Press icon for 5 seconds, supply air ventilator is deactivated, in case of valid constraints (outdoor temperature).

Ventilator

Functions / LED (colours) of the ventilator icon

LED lights green when in operating state, LED OFF non-operating state. When in manual operating state the desired ventilator level can be selected by pressing the ventilator icon. The level will then be indicated in the bar icon by blue LEDs.

■■ Level 4 = Intensive ventilation■■ Level 3 = Nominal ventilation

(reference volume flow rates according to 1946-6)■■ Level 2 = Reduced ventilation■■ Level 1 = 1F Protection against moisture

(Level 1 is defined by the nominal ventilation and operates with stop and go function. There are two setting possibilities for level 1 by means of the PC tool).

■■ Level 0 (standby) – unit is switched off for 1 hour/ per day. This value can be adjusted, 1h-12h, using the PC tool. Activation of the standby function using the ventilator icon.

Press the ventilator icon for 3 seconds. After that, the unit will restart with nominal ventilation.

Weekly programme/ Control according to individual needs

■■ Weekly programme This icon leads you to the selected weekly programme, the demand programme or the individually programmed setting.

■■ Control according to individual needs Activation of the control according to individual needs by means of the icon. Press the icon for 3 seconds and the unit will be controlled by the sensor (VOCs or relative humidity) installed in the unit. The LED flashes green.

Error

LED colours yellow and red.

There is no error if the LED is not illuminated. ■■ Filter control by means of a timer.■■ Filter change is indicated by LEDs

illuminated in yellow.■■ If the filter change isn’t carried out or if the filter

timer is reset,the unit will revert to the filter error after a defined period of time and the unit will be switched off for safety reasons. LED lights red.

■■ Optionally the filter control can be effected by means of the ServoFlow. If the Monday calibration isn’t carried out correctly, the filter control is indicated by means of a LED which lights yellow. If the filter change isn’t carried out correctly, calibration by increasing the fan speed will not be possible any more and the unit will revert to the filter error. The unit will be switched off for safety reasons. LED lights red.



Simple installation – many advantages

The new Pluggit Avent ventilation units with heat recovery are very easy to operate for the builder,for the specialised company all important elements are quickly and easily accessible without the use of many tools. In order to simply the installation or retrofitting of the optional expansion components to the greatest possible extent PLUGGIT ensured the best possible accessibility of the inside and outside of the casing design.

The filter is situated below the film display. A LED indicates the necessary change.

To change the filter, only open the cover – pull the filter, insert new filter, shut the cover – finished.

In addition to the freely selectable positioning and connection of the ventilation unit to the air ducts, a right or left connection version can be chosen using a switch. Typically PLUGGIT!

The optional, automatic summer-bypass can be easily positioned at the intended place through the open casing wall.

The ServoFlow board is inserted in the provided gap in the casing, gaps have also already been cut for the connecting pipes – there is nothing more simple than that.

The preheating register for preheating the outside air which can be simply integrated in the ventilator casing can also be retrofitted.

When put into service ServoFlow automatically calibrates the system and later corrects possible variations in volume flow itself.
