I TRULY BELIEVE IN OUR YOUTHAN INTERVIEW WITH NATE COTTMAN

On a personal note, I believeNate is an outstanding leader. Itwas initially why I reached out tohim. But it was only after onequick meeting with Nate that Iunderstood how. His energy wasinfectious and he's as genuine ascan be. We met again for acoffee the following week, andwhat you're reading up next isthe result.

Jason Vo / Founder and Editor

Nate Cottman is the founder ofCounter Culture, a Dallas-basednon-profit organization with apassion to reach the forgotten. There are four major areas Natehas a heart for serving in thecommunity: the homeless, theincarcerated, the elderly, andvictims of domestic violence.Since the birth of hisorganization in 2011, Nate andhis team have been able toprovide over 20,000 meals forthe homeless, alongside doingother remarkable things for theircommunity, such as reaching3,000+ incarcerated.

HAVE THE BIGGEST IMPACT POSSIBLE.An interview with the founder of Faithbox.I've always loved a good story about people overcoming odds andend up leading remarkable journeys. The kind of story where a mansteps outside his comfort zone and leaps headfirst into an industryhe has little knowledge on. Yet, by forcing himself to learn, adapt, and execute, he ends up on top and transforms his life and businessentirely. My friend today, Willie Morris, has led such a story.

Willie, a former atheist, has founded and is now running a faith-

based startup, Faithbox. Faithbox is a subscription service thatdelivers Christian inspiration to its subscribers' doorsteps everysingle month. He strives to help fellow Christians grow in their faithand positively impact the world.

Just a few years ago, he would have laughed at me for thisintroduction. But he's more passionate than ever, and is currentlydoing phenomenal things alongside his team. What follows is ourchat about his vision, team recruitment, and intentionality.

DESIGN MATTERS

Eder Teixeira, founder of Creative Mind LabIn the following interview, my friend Eder is going to give us some

insight on what it's like to be running a small, yet killer branding

and marketing startup.

Prior to founding Creative Mind Lab, Eder spent many years in

ministry as a youth pastor, then as a young adult's pastor, before

taking his passion for people to pursue entrepreneurship full-time.

He and I had a chance to connect recently, and although I was

already set to release this issue, I knew he'd be a great addition to

this month's message. What sets Eder apart from other founders of

his industry is his genuine heart to provide for his clients. He is a

businessman, but at the core, he's an incredible human being who

seeks opportunities to build others up. And that is why he thrives.

I'll let Eder fill in the gaps of this introduction and share more.
