Lodge Adviser Report
What a great Winter Banquet! All
chapters qualified for JTE levels! Past
lodge adviser Mike Weber was
skyped in to talk to all of us! I hope
everyone had enough to eat! Con-
gratulations to all the Jim Goodding
award winners, those who received
the Arrowman of Achievement and
the Founder’s Award as well as the
James E. West award honorees. All
of you put extra time and effort into
your lodge and chapters and demon-
strate the spirit of cheerful service. I
am looking forward to seeing all of

Communications Report
Hey everybody! I hope everybody likes the
first issue of the Mitigwa Chief that is pub-
lished online for the first time ever!!!
At Snowflake Powwow each Chapter Chief
will be given a quick Communications mid-
term questionnaire about how communi-
cations is going so far and what could be
improved on. Also just a reminder that if
you want your chapter to receive gold in
the JTE communications requirements,
your communications officer must prepare
a report for the upcoming LECM and give it
then, or sign their name on it and have
your chief read it.
The Lodge History book is nearly complet-
ed!! About 5% left before its going to get
published. Thanks for everyone’s hard
work and see you at Snowflake Powwow!!
