The Merrimon-Wynne House 2018 Information The rental of The Merrimon-Wynne House includes: v Complete use of the mansion and the beautifully landscaped grounds beginning at 10 AM, if you’d like to arrive prior to 10 AM, please reach out to a Merrimon-Wynne staff member for additional pricing information v Two bridal preparation suites v Coffee water and orange juice provided in the bridal suite upon arrival v Grooms preparation suite v An on-site ceremony rehearsal 1-2 days prior to your wedding v Separate ceremony and reception space v 200 ceremony/reception chairs and 20 adjustable high top cocktail tables v 4 six foot tables with black linens and 4 eight foot tables with black linens v Access to Merrimon-Wynne logos and other artwork for use in wedding weekend printed materials and invitations Helpful information regarding the rental of The Merrimon-Wynne House: v The Merrimon-Wynne House is over 5,000 square feet and the grounds cover almost an acre of land in the middle of downtown Raleigh v There is ample parking available for events at The Merrimon-Wynne House v Due to the historic nature of the property and the liability policy, all alcohol must be controlled and therefore purchased through The Merrimon-Wynne House, absolutely no off site alcohol is permitted v The Merrimon-Wynne House offers a variety of bar packages v All 2018 Fridays and Saturdays have a $4000 bar minimum, not inclusive of bar staffing v It is required that all events conclude no later than 11:00pm v Renters are required to use a caterer and wedding coordinator from our Preferred Vendors List v The rental rate of the venue is as follows, pricing is subject to change until a contract is signed; • Friday or Sunday $6000 • Saturday $8000 • Saturdays $9000 (May, June, September, October) **If you are interested in a wedding date between January - February, please ask us about our special pricing § Holiday Weekends • Friday or Sunday $8000 • Saturday $8800 ***Holiday weekends include Memorial Day, Labor Day, New Years Eve, Columbus Day and Independence Day v The rental rate is inclusive of all taxes and fees associated with the venue v If the carriage house is not used, $1000 will be deducted from your rental rate v We offer a special package for Friday brides to rent the venue on Thursday for any wedding weekend needs (rehearsal dinner, bridal luncheon, etc.) for an additional $1,000
