The total system is composed of the following stand-alone modules which, when implemented together, deliver an optimised Human Resource Management system. Core Module At the core of the MHRMS is a robust HRMS administrative backbone that is the foundation of our Human Resource, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Reporting and Data analysis functionality. These modules combined drive efficiency for our users as the system’s design puts everything they need right at their fingertips. The Payroll System, developed purposely to cater for both the local and foreign market is rich in functionality, cost effective, reliable and above all proven. It is highly parameterised and can be easily integrated with applications such as Time and Attendance and Human Resources Management. The Module can support a multi-company workforce, as well as, cater for an unlimited number of organisation levels. The Megabyte Payroll Module features user-friendly functionality for the payment and handling of salaries, overtime and union deductions, fringe benefits, health insurance, and company pension contributions. Data input can be customised so that any financial and statistical information is easily tracked and queried. As well as our HR module, the Megabyte Payroll System can be deployed in a web-enabled environment and is engineered to cater for and respond to on-going and diverse business needs.

The Time and Attendance module has been seamlessly integrated to the HR and Payroll modules to provide a complete people management solution. Through Time and Attendance, the HR manager can handle unlimited types of leave, employee clocking and attendance schedules, as well as create shift plans and monitor Flexi Time. Further integration with Time Sheets and Job Costing applications enables the recording of time spent by employees on each task. Megabyte’s Time and Attendance is a highly customisable solution that can handle both card clocks as well as biometric readers to record employee timings. Such terminals can work off line or online via a WAN to ensure that you are provided with real-time information.
