JANUARY 20, 2013 BULLETIN RAY’S REMARKS: What a blessed people of God we are at Kansas Expressway. We have so much to be thankful for in our spiritual family and physical families. God continues to show us His love and grace, as we strive to do His Will. I hope we always choose to put God first in all things. The weather sure has been cold lately. It makes you want to stay in a little more and stay warm doesn’t it. However, over all we have had a very mild winter so far. I guess there is still time for some more bad weather, but maybe we have escaped the worst of it this year. Either way, we can’t control such things so we might as well be positive and make the most of every day. I like to mention a few details about the Television Program from time to time. We continue to have responses by phone and the Internet Just this week we had a request for a Bible Correspondence Course. We also have regular request for transcripts and CD copies of the program. It is always a great encouragement to find out how many are watching the program. It seems almost several times a week I hear about someone watching the program or something connected to it. I also regularly have others tell me about family and friends who watch the program, who are not even members of the church. What an encouragement this should be to all of us as we strive to do this good work together to the glory of God. Thank you all for making it possible. Well, we have completed another quarter at the BIM. Everyone seems to be doing well and we will start another quarter at the begin- ning of next week. This coming quarter I will be teaching Greek 3 (2 nd year students) and the book of Corinthians (to all students.) I was also excited to hear about the good turnout for the Monday night classes. It sounds like there was a good group present, and most exciting of all many from our congregation here at K.E. I don’t know of a better way or opportunity available for Christians to give extra time to God to in studying God’s Word, than through the Monday night classes. There is still time to start, why not give it a try next Monday? I look forward to seeing everyone in worship this coming Lord’s day. Until then, put God first in all things and know you will be blessed accordingly. See you Sunday. *Ray Sullins* SPECIAL SERVANTS ELDERS: DEACONS: GARY DALTON MARK MCCARTY - 844-4637 833-4219 DAVID FIELDER - 889-6450 DWAYNE GREEN - 732-1493 JERRY SULLINS SETH HASS - 345-1667 833-9903 LEROY HATHCOCK - 869-8434 EVANGELISTS: RAY SULLINS 883-8795 CHURCH OFFICE: 869-2284 CHUCK NORTHROP FAX/INFO LINE: 773-4903 862-9620 EMAIL ADDRESS: [email protected] WEB PAGES: KECHURCHOFCHRIST.COM THELIVINGWORDPROGRAM.COM BIBLEINSTITUTEOFMISSOURI.COM ZAMBIASCHOOLOFBIBLICALSTUDIES.COM KANSAS EXPRESSWAY CHURCH OF CHRIST 2540 N.
