Brief description of the project

In my project for this course, I decided to call The Legal Office. In which created a

legal consultancy office and legal counsel. Where you work with lawsuits and

administrative individual and companies. In addition to a department of Real Estate.

Business Objectives

 

Our company services the Legal Office Will:

1- Represent clients in court.

2- Advice civil marriage getting contracts, divorces, adoptions, etc.

3- And our office consulting for: purchasing, sales, property management.

Project Team Roles and Responsibilities

Project Manager: Doris Joanna Mejía Reynoso, The head.

The colleagues from The Legal Office:

The Sheriff (full name): who acts for and served draft delivery thereof;

A Doctor in law (full name): to supervise the work requiring going to court;

Business consultants (full name): other colleagues specializing in different areas of law.

A secretary: (full name), receptionist.

A courier: (full name), will be responsible for collecting and sending correspondence

minor matters, as well as bills for service of the Office to be generated in my company.

A manager of human resources: (full name), acclimating and facilitating the work of 

colleagues and peers.

Advantage of the meeting at the company project

Meetings will be optimized to achieve the goal which is our legal office project.

To begin the meeting, meditate on the phrase of the day as socialization group exercise.

What’s the purpose or business need for this project?

1- Meet the minimum requirements for membership and be part of the company to

all lawyers that comprise: first requirement is to be a lawyer/ and / or Doctor/ a

in law, graduate entitled to a prestigious university in the country, living in

Dominican Republic, have good handing facilities and basic knowledge of 

Spanish and English conversation.

2- For non-members, have been hired by one of the partners and approved to at

least two of them.

3- It is appropriate that the members of the company to meet their work schedules

set.

4- Those lawyers representing our clients meet the dress to appear before the courts

of the Republic, in accordance with provisions of the law.

5- These must carry the necessary documentation to defend the client. You are

required to make investigations and proceeding as necessary.

6- In each case, estimate costs and taxes determined by law.

7- In the business each attorney will have the minimum facilities required for good

 performance.

8- For the audience the attorney to be coordinated to be on schedule timely

working in the offices to which they have to go.

9- Their salary shall be subject to the revenues of the company and its shareholders

agreed upon.

10- The benefits of members and employees will be distributed in the year by the

manager. And signed and approved by the President of the company’s The Legal

Office.
