The Law Offices of Justin G. Morgan, P.A. recently made a recovery of $110,000.00, which was all available insurance policy limits, for a client, after a significant automobile accident, which totaled our client’s vehicle and also caused our client to suffer air bag burns.

As soon as some medical records were available, which documented our client’s injury, The Law Offices of Justin G. Morgan, P.A. submitted a demand for insurance policy limits to the insurance company for the at-fault driver. The insurance company responded by offering $0.00, and stated that the claim was being presented too soon, as the final determination of whether our client’s injuries would be permanent could not be evaluated yet. Further, the insurance company for the at-fault driver hired a law firm to represent the at-fault driver and directed all further communication regarding out client’s claim to the defense law firm.

Upon learning that a defense law firm was now defending the case for the at-fault driver, The Law Offices of Justin G. Morgan, P.A., re-presented our client’s claim, and the case settled for $110,000.00, all available insurance policy limits, within five (5) days of our client’s claim being re-presented to the defense law firm.

Based upon our experience in dealing with automobile accidents, we immediately recognized the fact that insurance companies routinely deny benefits to injured parties.
