We invite all family and friends of TRANSITIONS to join us for a day filled with music, food, raffling, and fun. At the concert, we will finally reveal the location of our 2016 trip! We will be raffling off one free trip and be doing a 50/50 raffle. This will be the first fundraiser for our 2016 trip. The Concert in the Courtyard will be held Saturday, No- vember 15, 2014 from 1 PM-4 PM at Faith Community Church, 1125 N Dobson Rd, Chandler, AZ 85224. Admis- sion is $10, included with each admission is a choice of sloppy joe or a hot dog, with a bag of chips and a bottle water. Featuring acts will be Two Lanes Wide, TRANSI- TIONS Clients and our headliner Laura Walsh.

The Latest From TRANSITIONS

October through December 2014

TRANSITIONS is excited to announce our very first

Concert in the Courtyard. We invite all family and friends

of TRANSITIONS to join us for a day filled with music,

food, raffling, and fun. At the concert, we will finally reveal

the location of our 2016 trip! We will be raffling off one

free trip and be doing a 50/50 raffle. This will be the first

McClintock Farms DTA would

held the third Wednesday of

each month.

It has been awhile, but let’s head to the zoo and enjoy a day with Bob’s relatives for his birthday – the monkeys! We will take a picnic lunch to the zoo and give Bob all his presents (just kidding – no pre-sents). The cost is $40.00 to cover the zoo, food, gas, & bowling.

We will spend Saturday, October 25th, at the Arizona State Fair. We

will enjoy the activities of the Fair (except rides and food) and in the evening you can choose between a concert featuring Berlin, Tom Keif-er, and John Waite and the All-Native American Rodeo. The cost for the weekend will be $40.00 to cover the Fair, food, gas, and bowling.

Activities may change depending on venue availability, but the dates are set. Interested participants contact Bob at (480)861-2099 (call only please) or by email [email protected]. Upcoming event as follows.

en has been described by his co-workers as a “model
