FYI – As indicated below, Avintas

(Formerly the Quinn Group) announced

that it sold its glass packaging business

(Encirc) on January 15.

1-They are carrying out a process of

liquidation by selling off the subsidiaries of

what was the Quinn group.

2-There are 3-4 month gaps between the

sale announcements.

announcement of Schweitr

Technologies’ 3A Composites

subsidiary’s purchase of Polycasa

issued today, in the middle of Q1

2015.

Therefore, if indeed Polycasa is going to

be sold to 3A Composites, I would suggest

that the deal will be announced no earlier

than at the beginning of Q2 2015 and not

at the beginning of Q1 2015
