QUALITY MANAGEMENT - CASE OF GUANOMAD

PRODUCTS: fertilizer.

Quality control: microbiological and physico-chemical analysis of raw materials & finished goods and respect of the production process

Certification by ECOCERT : use of GUANOMAD fertilizer in organic farming in accordance with EC Regulations No. 834/2007 & 889/2008

Illicit extraction – Unfair competition

GUANOMAD set up a new legislation with local authorities about extraction autorisation to fight against illicit

extraction.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Production process: collection in caves and treatment in the factory: drying, blending, grinding, setting pellet (for pellets), weighing, packaging

Thermic treatment: 70° Celcius for 30 minutes (for local sales and export)

Safety: use of personal protective equipment, harnesses, medicine box, training with red cross on first aid , medical examination every 6 months
