Employee motivation Employee motivation is the combination of fulfilling the employee's needs and expectations from work and the workplace factors that enable employee motivation - or not.
There are several categories about the motivations behind the company’s practice of CSR.
“Value-driven CSR: CSR is presented as being part of the company’s culture, or as an expression of its core values.”
“Performance-driven CSR: CSR is introduced as a part of the firm’s economic mission, as an instrument to improve its financial performance and competitive posture.”
“Stakeholder-driven CSR: CSR is presented as a response to the pressure and scrutiny of one or more stakeholder groups. ”

Motivations behind the Company’s Practice of CSR.
Correlation of CSR and Employee MotivationInternal CSR positively correlates with employee
motivation.
External CSR (customers related) positively correlates with employee motivation.
External CSR (local communities related) positively correlates with employee motivation.
External CSR (business partners-related partners) positively correlates with employee motivation.
ConclusionThe most important resource of an
organization to remain competitive in today’s competitive business world is human resource.
One of the challenges faced by organizations and their management is acquiring the right workforce and then retaining that force.
Thus employee should be motivated by any aspect.
