EPDM Insulation Sheets, Tubes and Accessories for the refrigeration

and airconditioning in the brand name of ALP Aeroflex. The corporate

office of the company is situated in the corporate hub of Haryana,

Gurgaon, India having its plant in Noida Uttar Pradesh.

Established in 1984, with the aim of giving its customers the best in

polymer application sealing, ALP Group today is India's leading

producer of automotive, industrial as well as consumer application

sealing products. Spanning a diverse market comprising automotive,

construction, consumer, railways, miscellaneous door and window

applications and more, ALP's Research & Development Engineering

Team develops innovative areas of sealing applications, with rubber as its

Established in Thailand in 1977, Eastern Polymer Industry Co., Ltd. has

grown rapidly through the years, and is today a dynamic Thai-owned

conglomerate, Eastern Polymer Group. The group produces plastic,

rubber and metal sheet fabricated products, as well as automotive

accessories and garments via a network of seven companies, four

subsidiaries and six joint-venture firms worldwide.

Rubber products

The group is earliest providers of products under this category were Eastern

Polymer Industry Co., Ltd., (established in 1977), and Aeroflex International

additional plants in Shanghai, China [ Aeroflex Insulation (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.] in

2002, renamed as Aeroflex Polymer Technologies (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and now

ALP-Aflex Class 1 Nitrile Insulation Sheet/ Tubes

A-flex is a flexible thermal insulation material made from closed-cell, elastomeric nitrile rubber.

ALP-Aflex is produced in pre- formed sheets and pipe sections. These products meet insulation

requirements in diverse fields such as the automobile, air conditioning & refrigeration industry,

construction segment, hospitals, pharma industries, hotels and cold storage industries.

Accosound is a blended elastomeric nitrile rubber

acoustic absorber having open cell structure with complex pore geometry

for effective absorption of air-borne sound across a broad range of

frequencies. The high density provides an effective barrier to sound

transmission. The elastic properties helps to dampen the structure-borne

Method of Use The sheets are cut to the required shape and carefully stuck using a

suitable rubber based adhesive on to a surface that must be

free from oil, dirt and dust.
